Responsibilities Provide IT Infrastructure field support including troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting or violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements. Basic understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration. Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows OS and Mac OS. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Messaging, User Profile Administration including Remote Troubleshooting, Installation and Uninstallation of applications, etc. Should have worked as a Technical Support Executive / System or Network Administrator with hands-on experience in the above areas in large and complex setups. Knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems with emphasis on Windows (Win7/Win10). Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation) and with Windows laptops, MacBooks, desktops, MFDs, mobiles & tablets. Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good written and verbal communication skills with clients and management, and strong people skills. Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time. MCP and ITIL certification would be desirable but not mandatory. Knowledge and experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy, etc.). Non-Technical Good customer management skills and strong oral and written communication. Able to interact and work with customers at different levels. Self-driven and result oriented, with a genuine passion for the work. Local language knowledge is preferred; fluent in Mandarin/Korean. Studied/worked in South Korea is a plus.
