Responsibilities- Validate firm status: Determine if the firm offers cost segregation, whether they outsource, and if they are a potential in-house prospect.
- Use multiple sources: Firm websites, LinkedIn, press releases, etc.
- Capture critical context: Include notes relevant to sales (e.g., alliances, decision-makers, recent activity).
- Update Contact/Company Hubspot Properties with firm/accurate information to help pinpoint messaging.
- Target 2–3 key contacts per firm: Focus on tax, real estate, cost seg, or fixed asset decision-makers, technology.
- Live outreach (email/phone/voicemail): Conduct warm outreach or follow-up emails after marketing or event campaigns.
- Light qualification calls to vet interest or capture missing firm intel.
- Email support: Help draft clean, personalized outbound emails by firm type and role.
- Create follow-up sequences or templates for AE meetings or webinars.
- Tailor messaging and research around firm types and roles:
- Tax Partners: realization, staffing, in-house profitability
- Cost Seg Department: operational efficiency, implementation ease, time savings
- Engineers: reduction of redundant work, modern tool adoption
- Support the Senior AE by ensuring every contact and note aligns with real sales conversations.
- Attend weekly check-ins prepared with updates and questions.
- Understand the sales context: Know why the research or list matters to the Senior AE’s pipeline.
- Leverage: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (if applicable).
- Use bulk imports and structured tags to save time and keep data clean.
- Maintain clean CRM records/hygiene
- Coordinate follow-ups and scheduling where needed.
- Assist in marketing initiatives such as webinars, segmented outreach, and alliance follow-up.
- Proactive: Anticipate needs before being asked.
- Accountable: Take ownership of accuracy and communication.
- Curious: Always asking 'why' to improve results.
- Efficient: Avoid manual repetition, use automation and tools.
- Collaborative: Think like a partner to the AE, not a task-taker.
- Communication skills: 100% fluent, conversational English required
