About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative with proven experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying opportunities, navigating gatekeepers, and setting up high-quality appointments with decision-makers. You will leverage your business development expertise and HubSpot proficiency to build strong client pipelines and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Confidently engage with gatekeepers to secure meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Set up qualified appointments for senior sales leaders and account managers.
  • Effectively manage outreach campaigns, pipelines, and follow-ups through HubSpot CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align business development strategies with staffing goals.
  • Track, measure, and report on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.

Requirements

  • Introduction Video is required
  • Proven experience in business development within the staffing industry.
  • Strong background in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, automation, reporting).
  • Ability to get through gatekeepers with professionalism and confidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Existing client network within the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Experience with additional sales enablement tools and prospecting platforms.
  • Understanding of staffing workflows and client hiring processes.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet Connection: Must be 25 Mbps at the least, preferably a wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi, or wimax.
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
  • Headsets: The Contractor must have noise-cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Webcam - for meeting purposes
  • Must be comfortable working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
  • Amendable to work in Graveyard

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php55,000.00 per month
