- Make calls, reach out and communicate to prospective clients promptly and if business exigencies so require
- Follow up prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure that needs are being met.
- Assists in presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients.
- Develops sales strategies and set quotas.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Builds long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Research and recommend innovations that will improve or advance the current service offerings.
- Grow existing accounts and open new accounts for the company.
- Seek opportunities to introduce the company portfolio to clients with the view of expanding services offered.
- Directly responsible for ensuring that all requirements to accomplish assigned client projects are efficiently and effectively planned and implemented.
- Evaluates project requirements and cascades them to concerned personnel. Briefs concerned personnel on the details and requirements of the Client’s instructions and advice.
- Coordinates with concerned departments to ensure that activation guidelines and client-agreed standards are met all times.
