We are seeking a Key Account Executive/Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with major clients. The role involves driving sales growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing customized solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Key Account Executive/Manager or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for client growth
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
