Job Description

  • Develop and implement offline sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offline campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key offline partners and distributors.
  • Analyze offline channel performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Identify new opportunities for offline growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and brand guidelines in all offline activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the offline sales team to achieve their full potential.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on offline channel metrics and progress.

The Successful Applicant
