Responsibilities
- Resolve at least 80% of issues and requests for complex accounts on time.
- Successfully handle at least 90% of client escalations without requiring higher management intervention.
- Show consistent growth across key accounts under management.
- Manage complex client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Lead resolution of escalated partner concerns and issues.
- Design and implement strategic growth plans for key accounts, preparing brands for scaling.
- Mentor and support Key Accounts Associates to improve performance and client handling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client communications.
- Collaborate with Department Heads for strategic accounts and partnership initiatives.
- Track account performance and prepare reports on growth and escalations.
