1. Strategic Account & Category Management Act as the in-house expert for the Personal Care category , monitoring trends, competition, and retailer strategies. Secure premium product placements (displays, endcaps, planograms) to maximize visibility and conversion. Lead new product launches (NPDs) for speed-to-market and effective in-store execution. Deliver sales and profit targets by managing SKU mix for optimal volume and margin. 2. Trade Marketing & Promotions Develop and implement high-impact promotions (bundles, GWP, limited editions) aligned with brand campaigns. Ensure merchandising excellence through compelling POS materials and in-store visibility. Plan seasonal campaigns and ensure stock readiness for key selling periods. 3. Financial Management & Analysis Manage and track trade spend ROI , ensuring cost efficiency in promotions. Optimize Gross-to-Net performance by controlling deductions and rebates. Leverage data insights (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) to drive category growth and identify opportunities. 4. Relationship & Operations Management Build strong partnerships with Category Buyers , positioning the company as a strategic advisor. Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasts and smooth execution of launches. Ensure full regulatory compliance for labeling, claims, and in-store activities. Qualifications: Experience: 3–5+ years in Key Account Management , specifically within Personal Care, Beauty, or Cosmetics in the FMCG sector. Category Expertise: Deep understanding of category management principles and shopper behavior in Personal Care aisles (impulse vs. planned purchases). Negotiation & Launch Skills: Proven track record in negotiating terms for high-value or premium product launches and promotions . Retail & Merchandising Knowledge: Strong familiarity with retail planograms and merchandising standards for complex categories such as cosmetics and skincare. #J-18808-Ljbffr
