What you'll be doing Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional service and building strong, long‑lasting relationships. Develop and execute tailored account plans to identify and address client needs, unlocking new opportunities for growth. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations. Analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective account penetration and expansion strategies. Represent the company at client meetings and industry events, maintaining a strong presence in the market. Provide regular updates to senior management on account progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives. What we're looking for Minimum of 5 years' experience in account management or a similar client‑facing role, preferably in the lighting or B2B sales industry. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with key clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to drive informed decision‑making. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
