PositionBusiness Development Specialist
Client: An established leader with over 50 years of experience and more than 200 employees worldwide. This role focuses on business development and client relationships in the Philippines market.
What You’ll Be Doing- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and site visits
- Present innovative products (additive manufacturing & testing equipment)
- Prepare technical quotations tailored to client needs
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales and marketing initiatives
- Host seminars and contribute insights to marketing strategies
- Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a technical role within manufacturing equipment processes or a related industry (required)
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment or manufacturing processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and basic electrical understanding
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel frequently to the Philippines
