Responsibilities Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to support account growth and retention. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Trucend’s service offerings to effectively address client inquiries and propose relevant solutions. Conduct needs assessments with clients, aligning Trucend’s services to meet their business goals. Prepare and execute client proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams. Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to represent Trucend professionally and increase brand visibility. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account management activities in the CRM for accurate reporting and analysis. Manage and coordinate New Business Ventures initiatives, meetings, proposals, business opportunity and partnerships. Proactively follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts and qualify them for potential business opportunities. Qualifications Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree; a degree in business or related field is a plus. Experience Level: Suitable for entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of experience, or fresh graduates. Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
