Key Responsibilities- Assist the Business Development Leads and President in identifying new opportunities for business. Regularly check for possible opportunities in major Philippine government sites like PhilGEPS, DPWH and NEDA.
- Assist the Business Development Leads and President in coordinating with potential clients about the company services and capabilities.
- Assist the Business Development Leads and President in responding to queries and feedback from clients in relation to the services rendered by SMEC; this should be done in a timely fashion.
- Support the Business Development Leads and President in preparing business proposals for existing and new clients.
- Support the Business Development Leads and President in developing strategies/approaches to ensure client satisfaction and further grow the business; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
- Assist the Business Development Leads and President in developing/ implementing marketing activities to grow the business.
- Assist the Business Development Leads and President in developing/ maintaining databank of Consultants CVs, presentations, brochures and other documents related to proposal presentation and marketing.
- Participate in forums, seminars and other gatherings related to growing SMEC\'s business activities including conferences and client forums.
- Maintain database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing lists.
- Provide administrative assistance in preparing business developments documents such as EOI, proposals and marketing collaterals.
- Graduate of Engineering course.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
