About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the full HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, and employee relations. What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and wellbeing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to the senior management team What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role. Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management strategies Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex HR challenges Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis to drive evidence-based decision making Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
