Job Description Human Resources Management Responsibilities Lead impactful HR initiatives and shape a thriving workplace culture Own end-to-end HR processes in a dynamic work environment. Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance and compensation management, grievance handling, and offboarding. Develop, review, and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals. Partner with department managers to address HR and administrative matters, providing strategic and operational HR support. Advise leaders on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company ethics policies. Lead the execution of annual performance appraisals and support salary reviews, promotions, and variable bonus planning. Administer mandatory government benefits including monthly remittances, loans, and related transactions. Manage and implement company-initiated benefits such as health and life insurance. Office Administration Oversee office administration functions including procurement, contract and lease management, office space organization, and vendor coordination. Handle expat visa and employment permit processing. Ensure efficient management of office resources and facilities. Payroll & Compliance Audit and supervise the payroll process to ensure accuracy and timely release. Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and employment regulations in all HR operations. Culture & Engagement Identify opportunities to enhance company culture and employee engagement in line with the organization's vision, mission, and values. Champion organizational programs and facilitate communication to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant A successful Human Resources Manager should have: Proven expertise in HR policies and practices within the retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams. The ability to handle employee relations with professionalism. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in Makati.
