
Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources within our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR functions, particularly within the BPO sector, and demonstrate a strong ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of agents and support staff.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and implementing engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Develop and administer performance appraisal systems, set clear expectations, and provide coaching to enhance employee performance.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies; manage DOLE-related matters and legal compliance.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Policy Development & Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the BPO industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and BPO operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Amenable to work onsite in Makati (Dayshift Schedule)
