A. Finance Perform collection efforts through mail, phone call, email and other digital means of sending collection notices and ensure that payments are collected within the agreed term. Timely processing of Statement of Accounts / Billing Statement. Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Account Reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and avoid disputes and discrepancies. Sales Invoice confirmation / monitoring. Investigate and resolve invoicing / payment discrepancies Analysis of unrecognized bank deposit. Preparation of Reports; Daily Collection, Aging of Receivables. B. Administration (Operations) Preparation of Sales Invoice. Delivery Receipt, and Acknowledgement Receipt. Review completeness of surgical case reports submitted by Product Specialists. Updating inventory based on used items reflected in case reports. Coordination of delivery schedule. Monitoring of consigned biologic products. Assist sales team during marketing events. Coordination with the Sales team for marketing materials. Reviewing inventory for release and inventory received from surgical cases. Review PCSO documents. Answer telephone inquiries. Confirmation of documents from hospitals prior to collection. Sales vs. Quota Tracking. Other duties that might be assigned by direct superior. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Experience in account receivables and administration is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
