Overview

  • Lead the overall sales strategy and direction of the company’s farm machinery and grain equipment business
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to meet revenue and volume targets
  • Strengthen relationships with long-term dealers/distributors while expanding into new markets
  • Balance traditional relationship selling with modern sales practices (data-driven tracking, reporting)
  • Work closely with family leadership to translate business goals into actionable sales plans
  • Represent the company in industry events, trade fairs, and client demos

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Agriculture, Agribusiness, Engineering, Marketing, or any business-related course
  • Years in sales leadership experience in agriculture, farm machinery, or related equipment
  • Experience handling dealers, distributors, and farmer cooperatives in the Philippines
  • Solid track record in meeting targets, building sales channels, and coaching teams
  • Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on selling (important in family-owned/start-up-style setup)
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with evolving processes
