Overview
- Lead the overall sales strategy and direction of the company’s farm machinery and grain equipment business
- Manage and mentor the sales team to meet revenue and volume targets
- Strengthen relationships with long-term dealers/distributors while expanding into new markets
- Balance traditional relationship selling with modern sales practices (data-driven tracking, reporting)
- Work closely with family leadership to translate business goals into actionable sales plans
- Represent the company in industry events, trade fairs, and client demos
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Agriculture, Agribusiness, Engineering, Marketing, or any business-related course
- Years in sales leadership experience in agriculture, farm machinery, or related equipment
- Experience handling dealers, distributors, and farmer cooperatives in the Philippines
- Solid track record in meeting targets, building sales channels, and coaching teams
- Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on selling (important in family-owned/start-up-style setup)
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with evolving processes
