What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can shape future growth through smart analysis, strong project execution, and trusted partnerships.
This role suits someone who enjoys turning market insights into real, on-ground results. You will scout opportunities, build business cases, work with partners and LGUs, and guide projects from idea to execution.
What You Will Do
Identify and evaluate new development opportunities and prepare proposals and recommendations for leadership
Build market studies, financial and business models
Manage full project lifecycle from concept to completion
Coordinate with landowners, LGUs, developers, and internal teams
Oversee site assessment, permits, contracts, design inputs, and other related project activities
Solve issues early and keep projects moving; and continuously improve through feedback and learning
Who Is Our Candidate?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in business development or real-estate project development
Strong financial modeling and market analysis skills
Experience handling end-to-end real estate projects
Tech savvy with strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage deadlines and fast-moving priorities within timeline and budget
Curious, proactive, and driven to grow
