Business Development Supervisor

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the corrugated packaging industry. Set and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with production capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements to secure long-term partnerships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored packaging solutions. Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure high customer retention. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Analyze sales data to identify market gaps and opportunities for product innovation. Develop market entry strategies based on data-driven insights. Provide reports and recommendations to senior management for business expansion. Work closely with production, PDD/TSD and quality teams to develop new packaging solutions. Identify customer pain points and contribute to product enhancements. Assist in launching new products and educating customers on their benefits. Support marketing efforts through client presentations. Develop sales materials, case studies, and proposals to attract potential clients. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business forums. Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management. Qualifications: Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field. At least 7 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the box manufacturing, packaging, or related industries. Experience in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships. Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
