Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team and oversee our human resources department's daily operations. The HR Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees. Responsibilities Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and company guidelines. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop employee training programs. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR management. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
