This role involves supervising the marketing team, coordinating with sales, and ensuring that marketing initiatives drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns for ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics Supervise and guide the marketing team in carrying out promotional and branding activities Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, and online ads Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to recommend improvements Manage promotional events, activations, and partnerships with retail outlets or online platforms Prepare marketing reports, performance analyses, and campaign evaluations for management review Monitor and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all materials and channels Assist in budget preparation and monitor marketing expenses Foster collaboration with external suppliers, agencies, and influencers as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in retail, cosmetics, or FMCG Proven experience in leading a marketing team and implementing successful campaigns Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and promotional strategies Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiar with design or digital tools (a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven Willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City Note: If the position involves overseas work, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
