Key Responsibilities: Develop and Expand Online Sales System: Create and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy tailored to the company’s products and services. Build and manage a user-friendly and scalable online sales system, ensuring it aligns with business objectives. Sales Strategy and Execution: Identify and capitalize on online sales opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, and digital marketing channels. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase traffic and conversions. Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goals are met. Optimize the Customer Experience: Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to enhance the online shopping experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey. Continuously improve the online sales process to maximize customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty. Achieve Specific Sales Targets: Work closely with management to set clear, measurable online sales targets and create a plan for achieving them. Use data analytics to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments to the sales approach based on performance. Manage Online Sales Platforms and Channels: Oversee online sales platforms (e.g., eCommerce site, social media, and marketplaces) to drive traffic and sales. Optimize product listings and ensure accurate pricing, descriptions, and promotional strategies are aligned with sales goals. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the marketing team to align online sales efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Regularly report on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to management. Other Tasks Related to other pertinent operations of the business: Meeting with clients to build relationships or improve other products and services Generate fresh and new ideas Development of business operations befitting your skills and experience Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, online sales, or eCommerce management. Strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital marketing, and eCommerce systems. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
