Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support across the organization. Respond to service desk calls and manage support tickets efficiently. Deliver remote and on-site technical support as needed. Monitor systems and respond promptly to failures or issues. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Troubleshoot technical faults and drive resolution to completion. Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Diagnose and repair hardware and network components. Ensure system security through antivirus, firewall, and malware protection. Maintain and update technical documentation regularly. Test new hardware/software prior to deployment. Support Senior Leadership Team with ad hoc technical tasks. Skills & Experience Proven experience in 1st Line IT Support and troubleshooting. Background in a service desk environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure with a flexible and proactive approach. Experience with: Windows 10 and later Office 2013 and later Office 365 Active Directory Windows Server 2012 and later Networking principles and configuration Network and computer security (firewalls, antivirus, malware protection) Virtual network solutions Preferably near Makati and Taguig Strong technical documentation and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
