Building Admin Coordinator

- Conduct quarterly inspections of all three warehouses to evaluate the physical condition and ensure that maintenance needs are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that each warehouse has an up-to-date maintenance plan and that preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Monitor and ensure that each warehouse maintains full compliance with local government regulations, including but not limited to safety, sanitation, environmental and structural requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to LGU permits and compliance, working in close coordination with warehouse teams and the DN Admin office.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports covering the status of each warehouse, ongoing maintenance and permit compliance efforts.
