The Building Admin Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations within the building or facility. This role ensures the smooth functioning of all building-related services, including facilities management, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and administrative support. The Building Admin Supervisor will supervise a team of administrative staff, manage daily operations, and ensure that all building functions are compliant with regulations and meet organizational standards.

  • Oversee day-to-day building maintenance activities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to schedule and oversee routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Address maintenance issues reported by tenants or staff and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain an inventory of building supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock for daily operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for building tenants regarding operational issues, maintenance requests, or facility concerns.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and tenant satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and issues.
  • Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all building protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate tenant meetings or communications regarding building updates, policies, or changes.
  • Manage and oversee building access controls, security, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Supervise building cleaning staff to ensure that common areas, restrooms, and offices are cleaned regularly.
  • Ensure that all building systems (HVAC, elevators, plumbing, electrical) are functioning properly and are inspected regularly.
  • Ensure the building complies with local, state, and federal safety, environmental, and health regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, fire drills, and risk assessments to ensure the building is safe for all occupants.
  • Implement emergency protocols and ensure staff are trained in emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Manage compliance with insurance requirements and handle any insurance claims or issues related to building operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
