Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to provide strong support to operations in our metal fabrication business. This role ensures smooth coordination between production, warehouse, logistics, and management by handling administrative requirements, monitoring reports, and assisting in day-to-day operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to operations, production, and warehouse teams.
  • Prepare, organize, and update operational documents, reports, and schedules.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, job orders, and material requests with relevant departments.
  • Monitor inventory records, assist in requisitions, and support procurement activities.
  • Track and report operational issues, delays, or discrepancies to management.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Act as a communication bridge between operations staff and management.
  • Support HR and accounting teams in attendance monitoring, timesheets, and expense records when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
  • Experience in operations support, admin coordination, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with documentation systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
