Location: Angeles City, Pampanga

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT / Admin Coordinator to support our daily operations. This hybrid role combines basic IT support responsibilities with administrative coordination to ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks while working closely with both internal teams and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support to employees (hardware, software, connectivity, email, etc.)
  • Maintain and track company assets including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, etc.
  • Monitor and coordinate resolution of technical issues with our 3rd-party IT support partner
  • Assist in troubleshooting ERP system issues and escalate to the appropriate vendor as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks or special projects as assigned by the Office Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or administrative role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good understanding of basic IT troubleshooting (Windows, networking, printers, etc.)
  • Experience working with ERP systems and third-party IT vendors is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) & Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Meet)
