Job posting for a Payroll/Accounting role based in Cabuyao Laguna. Primary responsibilities include processing payroll and maintaining payroll records, with qualifications focused on accounting education and experience.

• Must be a Graduate of BS Accountancy
• With at least 1-2 years work experience
• With knowledge on MS Excel
• Willing to be assigned at Cabuyao Laguna

• Prepare payroll for rank & file employees
• Ensure time card entries are authenticated and overtime is supported by authorizations approved by respective supervisors
• Encode time sheet summary entries including vacation leave, sick leave and other employee benefits (commission, etc)
• Report noted erroneous, doubtful or fictitious time card entries for immediate action
• Process unclaimed basic salary, 13th month pay, cash bond for expired, resigned and terminated rank & file employees
• Generate payroll reports (Payroll Register, Pay slip, Deduction Register, etc)
• Update Payroll Master file and employee information sheets (employee number, name, TIN, Exemption code, etc); compute back wages when necessary; ensure salary deductions are reflected in payroll computations (SSS Loans, Pag-ibig, Loans, company cash advances, withholding tax, route shortages, etc)
• Ensure submission of schedule of deductions for government contributions (SSS premium, Medicare, Pag-ibig, withholding Tax, SSS Loans, Pag-ibig Loans, company Loans, etc) and maintain subsidiary ledgers/schedules of employee government and company principal loans and deductions
