- Qualify leads and pass to the sales team for conversion.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and support outbound strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely follow-up.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (3+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
