Overview Join Hunt St to apply for the Business Development Representative role. Location: National Capital Region, Philippines. Work schedule: 40 hours per week (Australian Timezone, day shift in the Philippines). Salary: 1500 - 1800 AUD per month (depends on client assessment). Role Summary We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and help grow the agency’s client base while ensuring prospects align with the company\'s performance-driven values. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting and market analysis Reach out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest in services Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align messaging and strategies Stay informed on digital marketing trends (Meta Ads, Google Ads, content creation) to pitches solutions Help improve outreach processes and contribute to business development strategies Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and targets Requirements Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role (ideally in digital marketing or a similar industry) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, content creation) is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment Tech-savvy with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and outreach platforms Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing/Business Development Industries: Marketing Services Note: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing.
