Job Description

Rockwell Automation is hiring We are looking for a Sales Account Manager, End User to be based in our Taguig City, Philippines office.

You are responsible for the successful execution of sales strategies and plans to achieve assigned objectives. You must embrace the Market Access – Limited Distribution Model and collaborate with our appointed Distributors for mutual Rockwell Automation and Distribution success.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Country Manager in ensuring the attainment of sales AOP by leading market assessment, strategizing, planning, executing and measuring results in your account package.
  • Collaborate with internal BUs while working on development of specification. Coordinate with regional domain experts to drive success rate in winning projects.
  • Diligently develop, generate and maintain opportunities for a healthy funnel. Lead strategy calls with internal stakeholders to make right decisions and increase winning rate.
  • Establish healthy working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of assigned accounts (EU, EPC/Consultants, SIs, OEMs, and DI) through regular meetings/visits and by identifying new opportunities for Rockwell Automation products, solutions and services.
  • Analyze customer needs to grow share in existing accounts and/or convert new accounts.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports (forecasts, analysis and reviews) to the management team.
  • Acquire the needed technical competency to present and discuss with customers to understand and fulfill their needs with Rockwell Automation products, solutions and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline. Diploma acceptable with relevant industry experience.
  • 5 years’ experience as a Sales Account Manager.
  • Experience in both products and solutions selling; solutions consulting and technical sales are advantageous.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and provide technical solutions.
  • In-depth market knowledge related to sales (supply and demand).
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
