The Role: Account Manager – Contractors and Panel Builders
Overview:
What will you do?
- Build a strong and wide Point of Sales coverage and expand Electrician network; Enable a sustainable and productive growth of residential market.
- Develop customer database (Point of Sales, Wholesalers, hardware stores, Electricians) and deploy actions for each customer type. Ensure continuity of effective communication and engagement with customers.
- Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers. Plan sales activities and develop necessary action plans to ensure that visit plan is accomplished within assigned territory.
- Gather specific information (competitor product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy, etc.) to report to Manager and Marketing team and be able to adapt effectively to the changes of market situation.
- Develop a culture in sales professionalism by implementing and utilizing company provided tools
Who would be successful?
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, ECE) or equivalent Business course.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in a related industry or in a different segment but with strong will to learn and adapt in the electrical market.
- Good understanding on account management and coverage, distribution, and merchandising.
- Self-starter and ability to effectively manage sales coverage and develop, follow his/ her own sales beat plan that will deliver the best results
- With entrepreneurial mindset, a business developer and with strong appetite for growth; Must be able to hunt for new accounts if needed
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
