Mandarin or Korean L1 Service Desk Support – Independent Contractor (Philippines) We are looking for a seasoned L1 Service Desk Support specialist fluent in Mandarin or Korean to join our team in Taguig, Metro Manila. The role is an independent contractor position, requiring on‑site presence at our office located at 1634 Taguig. We specialise in delivering cutting‑edge IT solutions in desktops, servers, networks, and data centre technologies, with a focus on digital transformation through professional and managed services, AIOps, AI‑based workforce automation, and blockchain solutions. Job Description Leverage your technical expertise to support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure for our clients. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining hardware and software solutions, managing user accounts, and ensuring compliance with security and warranty protocols. Three to four (3‑4) years of experience providing IT infrastructure field support, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues, and resolving problems without violating hardware warranty or security compliance. Basic understanding of PC hardware set‑up and configuration. Skilled in desk‑side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS and MAC OS. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Messaging, User Profile Administration, remote troubleshooting, and application installation/uninstallation. Hands‑on experience as a Technical Support Executive / System or Network Administrator in large and complex environments. Proficient with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 7) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience troubleshooting Outlook and other Microsoft applications within a network environment (Windows laptops, Mac books, desktop, mobile, tablets). Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management. Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time. MCP and ITIL certifications desirable but not mandatory. Knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc. Non‑Technical Skills Excellent customer‑management skills. Strong oral and written communication. Capacity to interact and work with customers at different levels. Self‑driven, result‑oriented, and passion for the work. Local language knowledge is preferred. Fluent in Mandarin/Korean; studied/works in South Korea is a plus. Proficient in reading and writing English. Contact Please share your CV to .
