About the role

N&M Staffing Services' is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Korean Service Desk professional to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional IT support and assistance to our Korean-speaking clients, ensuring their technical needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to and resolve incoming technical support inquiries from Korean-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of IT-related issues, including software, hardware, and network problems
  3. Provide step-by-step guidance and instructions to clients to help them resolve their technical problems
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT specialists for further investigation and resolution
  5. Maintain detailed records of all support cases and document the steps taken to resolve each issue
  6. Continuously update your knowledge of the latest technologies and IT best practices to provide the most accurate and up-to-date support

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both Korean and English languages, both written and spoken
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or IT support role, preferably in a multi-lingual environment
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  5. A positive, patient, and customer-focused attitude, with a genuine desire to help others
  6. Familiarity with common IT hardware, software, and networking technologies
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
