Thepositionin… Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure Data Accuracy Checks data accuracy.Conductaudits to maintain truthful and precise data in documentsand records. Analyze Financial Information Analyzes and interpretsfinancial information,provide assurance that information complies with professional and regulatory standards. Ensuresthat data supports budgeting and forecasting requirements, and provide solutions to control issues. Ensure Completion of KeyMonthly and Annual Close Processes Record information such as accrual, deferral, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the company’s accounting ledger. Prepare journal entries relating to amortization, depreciation, accruals, inventoryamong others Performaccount analysis to make sure that entries and balances are correct. Ensure coordination of inputto meet monthly and annual “hard”closingdeadlines. Workcloselywith Finance to ensurethebooksarealignedwith forecasts and reports Reconcile Accounts Reconcile accounts with the general ledger. Ensure that all entries are accurate and that transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards and government regulations. Make the necessarychanges when errors are found. Support statutory year end audit processes Provide other miscellaneous or ad-hoc accounting related tasks We're looking for someone who: Has 3-5years of experience in Corporate Accounting& Finance, with preference to small company/start-up, entrepreneurial enterprises Must be a CPA/CMA equivalent Demonstrated attention to detail, time management skills, ability to prioritize, and adapt to change Excellent oral communication and organizational skills Desire to be a self-starter who will see opportunities to add value beyond an assignment and will run projects through to completion Critical thinking skills and ability to modify procedures or resources to fit the needs of the task or situation Willingness to perform under pressure when deadlines call for swift action Capable of learning and recalling important job functions and processes that may occur infrequently Ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy Collaborative and effective in working with different leadership styles and a variety of individuals within the organization Ability to learn multiple software programs Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information With SAP Business One experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
