About the role

R AND F MULTI SALE AND SERVICES CORPORATION' is seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and reporting.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing a wide range of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Reconciling bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy
  • Generating financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Supporting the month-end and year-end closing process
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Providing support and guidance to other members of the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a general accounting or financial reporting role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy and precision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
