Job Description REPORTING
  1. Weekly cash position
  2. Month/quarter-end closing, finalize and reconcile sales, prepare related sales reports, and bank reconciliation
  3. AR and AP aging, maintain assigned balance sheet schedules (prepayments, accruals, etc.)
  4. Prepare regional reports
  5. Annual reporting and audit, providing external auditor requirements
TRANSACTIONAL
  1. Validation and recording of e-commerce sales
  2. Invoicing sales from all channels (assigned to outsourced personnel)
  3. Sales and collection reconciliation, chasing customers for long outstanding AR
  4. Processing payment requests
  5. Monitoring of accruals, amortization, PPE depreciation
  6. Monitoring of employee CA and liquidation
  7. Vendor accreditation (assigned to outsourced personnel)
  8. Filing and scanning of all finance documents
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable, month-end closing
  • Experience in accounts aging and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of BIR tax regulations and updates
  • Strong relationship skills for building trustful partnerships
  • Ability to interact with internal and external partners for collaboration and resolution
