Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff will provide professional accounting support services to ensure accurate financial recording, timely billing, and effective collections management. The role involves performing various accounting functions including reconciliation, reporting, and analysis to support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record month-end closing transactions such as accruals, deferrals, revenue reconciliations, depreciation, and money market placements.
  • Assist in monthly analysis and reconciliation of customer accounts, and verify financial accuracy.
  • Perform daily financial transactions and prepare regular reports, including payment verifications and cash position summaries.
  • Develop and maintain general accounting records and simple financial reports.
  • Support billing, collection, and cash application activities to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in billing, collection, and cash application preferred.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on-site at APMC Office, Makati.
