  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under deadlines.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Accounting Specialist to manage overdue payments related to intragroup accounts, ensure accurate processing of transactions, and support general accounting and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining healthy intercompany relationships and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor payments for overdue intragroup accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and update records of overdue balances, payment histories, reconciling accounts and aging reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes involving intragroup transactions.
  • Handle administrative duties including filing, receiving asset deliveries, telco assistance, and other adhoc task.
