Job Description- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Act as the main contact person for our partners, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands, as needed.
- Monitor emails and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, and managing documents
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident, well-mannered, and approachable
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent organizational abilities; proficiency in report generation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify sales opportunities, maintain client relationships, prepare and present reports, and assist in meeting sales targets.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Primarily office-based with occasional client visits; a typical 9-6 schedule.
