Job DescriptionWe are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a vital role in activating new partnerships, achieving or exceeding sales targets, and contributing to our regional growth. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to travel occasionally.
Partner Activation- Identify and prospect for potential channel partners within the assigned region.
- Develop and execute strategies to activate new partners and build strong relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support for partnered businesses.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for your territory.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and propose solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Effectively handle customer objections and close deals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Generate detailed reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for regional growth.
- Be prepared for occasional travel within the region to meet with customers and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field in sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., ZOHO).
- Experience in the online recruitment industry or SaaS is a plus.
- Knowledge of the regional market within the Philippines.
- Valid driver's license (if required for travel in your location).
- Market research, problem-solving, negotiation, product knowledge, and technical sales skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- CRM and sales strategy experience.
