Overview We’re building the best and most efficient merchant distribution network in the market - and we want you to lead the charge. This role blends sharp market research with hands-on execution, guiding merchants from first contact to first sale. You’ll dive deep into local markets to uncover untapped merchant verticals, craft tailored go-to-market strategies, negotiate with key brokers and merchant groups, and help shape our product roadmap with real-world insights. The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible. Responsibilities Conduct deep market mapping to identify high-potential industries and merchant segments to partner. Find high-quality merchants, get them onboarded, and support them through to making their first POS loan with us. Hit and exceed monthly pipeline growth and signed-partner targets for new industries. Partner with product & risk teams to fine-tune credit terms, onboarding flows, and operational processes for each vertical. Identify and engage industry players, securing strategic partnerships that drive scale. #J-18808-Ljbffr
