Currently a single local engineer handles all offices, creating operational strain and business continuity risks. An additional IT Support Engineer will help ensure uninterrupted IT services, boost efficiency and strengthen business resilience across locations. Key Responsibilities Research, design and implement Microsoft 365, Azure and Unified Communication solutions. Integrate current infrastructure with internal systems and virtual office tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software and configuration issues for contact centre and related systems. Provide proactive assessments and recommend infrastructure improvements. Develop and compile IT instruction materials and user guides. Communicate effectively to identify, document and resolve business and technical issues. Support business teams with step‑by‑step troubleshooting and remote assistance. Requirements / Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in end‑user support (3rd line). Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, Jira and Confluence. Experience with Unified Communication or Contact Centre solutions is a strong plus. Excellent troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills. Open to work from the Manila – BGC office (hybrid). Willing to travel to Laguna or Cavite branches as needed.
