About the Role – Learning and Development Specialist (Deposits and Telesales) We’re looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to strengthen the Learning Team supporting Deposits and Telesales. This role will help improve sales capability, ensure consistent onboarding standards, and enhance overall team performance through well‑designed and data‑driven training programs. The Junior Trainer will assist in preparing learning materials, conducting both virtual and in‑person sessions, and collaborating closely with the Quality Control and E‑Learning teams to continuously improve business performance and training impact. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑End Training Delivery: assess learning needs, design and implement training programs, deliver both in‑person and online sessions, gather participant feedback, and evaluate training impact. Business Partnership: collaborate with business verticals to identify development needs and align learning initiatives with strategic goals. Collaboration with Methodologists & E‑Learning Team: support the digitalization of training content and ensure materials remain current and effective. Analytics & Reporting: track attendance, analyze feedback and learning data, and recommend improvements to training design, content, and delivery. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in corporate or business training (preferably in telesales, customer service, or financial services). Ability to design learning programs tailored to business needs and objectives. Familiarity with the full training cycle, from needs assessment to effectiveness evaluation. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. English proficiency at an upper‑intermediate level or above is a plus.
