Lead Generation Specialist (U.S.-Based Security Services Company) Location: Remote (Independent Contractor)Work Mode: Part-TimeCompensation: $4 per hour About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and support a U.S.-based security services company . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and qualifying business leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales team in driving new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, goal-driven, and familiar with U.S. business practices particularly in the service industry (preferred, but not mandatory). Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and qualify potential leads across relevant industries (B2B focus). Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Build and maintain a clean, organized lead database and CRM records. Set up appointments or demos for the sales team and ensure smooth handovers. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive consistent sales pipeline growth. Follow up on warm leads and re-engage past prospects to maximize conversions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and outreach approaches. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B or service-based environment. Previous experience working with a U.S.-based company is required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable using CRMs, email marketing tools, and prospecting platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
