Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and energetic Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to join our office-based team. The ideal candidate has BPO experience and a strong background in outbound calls or lead generation. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and securing appointments for our sales team to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and send email outreach to qualify prospects and schedule appointments
Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in CRM systems
Follow up with leads consistently to nurture interest and ensure appointments are attended
Conduct research to source new prospects across relevant markets or databases
Communicate company offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets
Provide feedback on lead quality to enhance prospecting strategies
Work closely with the sales team for smooth appointment handoff and follow-through
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of BPO experience (outbound sales, customer service, or lead generation preferred)
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Proven track record of meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be willing to work onsite and flexible with changing schedules
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism at all times
Preferred Qualifications;
Experience in Appointment Setting, Sales, or Lead Generation roles
Familiarity with email outreach tools or dialing systems
