Potential to develop in financial prospecting, CRM, appointment management. Responsibilities Lead Generation Telemarketer – Full‑time Remote – US Business Hours. Full‑time (35‑40 hrs/week) with US business hours schedule. Senior position with competitive base salary plus performance bonuses. Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists and CRM systems. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and collect detailed information. Set appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team promptly. Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and CRM data updates. Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead‑generation targets. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies. Requirements Prior telemarketing or sales experience, especially in lead generation or appointment setting. Excellent English communication skills (clear pronunciation and professional tone). Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls. Strong listening and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections professionally. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM and dialer software (training provided if needed). Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Availability to work US business hours (evenings in the Philippines). Compensation & Benefits $4‑5.00 an hour plus great bonuses/commissions.
