Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with store managers and department heads regarding hiring needs and deployment schedules. Lead field recruitment activities such as job fairs, mall hiring events, and coordination with PESO offices. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract qualified retail candidates. Maintain an active applicant database for various retail positions (e.g., sales associate, cashier, merchandiser, store supervisor). Monitor recruitment performance and ensure timely completion of hiring targets. Train and guide recruiters to strengthen their sourcing and interviewing skills. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor standards. Qualification Summary Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 35 years of recruitment experience, including 12 years in a supervisory role. Experience in field recruitment and mass hiring, preferably in the retail or manpower industry. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, Facebook, Bossjob, LinkedIn). Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to travel for recruitment activities and store visits when needed.
