Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions and ensure timely hiring.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance aligned with company policies.
  • Facilitate investigations and recommend appropriate actions for grievances or disciplinary cases.
  • Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal cycles.
  • Support supervisors and managers in setting goals, coaching, and giving feedback.
  • Track and manage PIP cases and documentation.

4. Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Ensure accuracy of employee records and updates in HR systems.
  • Assist in annual compensation reviews and benchmarking.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company standards.
  • Conduct policy orientations and refreshers for employees and leaders.

6. HR Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Generate HR reports (turnover, attendance trends, recruitment metrics).
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates for audits and compliance checks.
