About the Role We’re seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our international sales team. This role supports one of our Australian or New Zealand territories , working directly with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure our clients receive timely, accurate, and professional support. You’ll be the voice of the territory — managing quotes, stock orders, and sales follow-ups, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Manage all internal sales activities within your assigned territory. Prepare, send, and follow up on customer quotations and stock orders using HubSpot CRM and Epicor ERP. Confidently handle inbound and outbound phone calls , including warm and cold sales calls, to strengthen customer relationships and capture new opportunities. Maintain and organise all sales records, ensuring CRM data accuracy and clear communication across teams. Liaise daily with your Business Development Manager (BDM) to align goals, priorities, and sales follow-ups. Support order entry, logistics coordination, and customer updates to ensure a seamless experience from quote to delivery. Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet customer deadlines and maintain service excellence. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for the best of the best — someone who takes pride in professionalism, precision, and proactive communication. You should have: Outstanding English fluency — clear, confident, and professional (verbal and written). Strong time management and organizational skills — able to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent phone presence and sales confidence — including cold calling and follow-up calls. Experience working in a B2B environment (industrial, construction, or manufacturing preferred). Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (HubSpot, Epicor, or equivalent). A customer-first attitude , with strong initiative and attention to detail. The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with remote team members across time zones. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in internal sales, account management, or business development. Experience supporting international or territory-based sales teams preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous. Must be comfortable working within Australian business hours .
